The company operates a bakery outlet at 67 West Main Street in Merrimac MA where products are offered directly to the public.

Shipping Policy

Local orders may be picked up by selecting Pickup at Kenoza rather than UPS at checkout. Pickup orders anytime during business hours.

Pickup hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. and Friday 7:30 - 6:00pm EST.

We ship via UPS to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We strive to provide our customers with the lowest possible shipping rates.

Shipping is calculated based on product weight and destination. To calculate shipping weight enter zip code.

Sheet cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes cannot be shipped by UPS.

For more secured delivery, we encourage you to ship your order to your place of work. UPS Deliveries are typically made between 9 am and 5 pm.
